Native Houstonian Michael Beeson understands the importance of commitment, discretion, attention to detail and, perhaps most of important of all, service. As a Martha Turner Properties sales associate, Michael exhibits honesty, integrity, dedication, team spirit, a strong work ethic, technological expertise, market knowledge, and, of course, outstanding production. He understands that market knowledge is one of his most important requirements; it is essential to his success and to the success of his clients’ real estate transactions.

Michael makes it a point to attend Martha Turner Properties’ weekly sales meetings which provide overviews of current market conditions and regularly feature guest speakers from related industries. In addition, he attends monthly focus meetings held for each section of the Houston area which more specifically research neighborhood news, sales activity and local events. Michael also takes advantage of Martha Turner Properties’ in-house continuing education classes to comply with industry regulations and keep up-to-date on changes in practices and legal procedures.

Michael graduated from Episcopal High School and the University of Mississippi where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He has lived in Briargrove, Pine Shadows and Southampton and is a member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. When not working, Michael enjoys golf, cooking, tennis, biking, running, and, he says, “skiing – when I’m really lucky!”
