Lanie Brown is a Texan by marriage. A Kingwood resident since 2003, Lanie remembers discovering Kingwood when she and her husband were looking for a home. “Every evening, we would drive through the neighborhoods looking at houses. I knew Kingwood was home the first time we drove through the area.”

Lanie brings a strong background of sales experience to her real estate practice and is consistently recognized for leadership, relationship-building, communication, presentation, organization and time-management skills. She combines her passion for sales with her commitment to the Kingwood community and offers a decided marketing, sales and neighborhood-knowledge advantage to her buyers and sellers. Lanie loves meeting new people and appreciates the privilege of serving her current and future Kingwood neighbors.

When not working, Lanie enjoys hosting dinner parties for her family and friends and organizing ladies' nights out to the opera. Her volunteer commitments have included the boards of the Houston Grand Opera Guild, Hi Neighbor – Kingwood, and Kingwood Youth Lacrosse. Lanie is also involved with the Kingwood Heartbeat Bears, various church activities and exercise.
