Jane Brennan-Martin was already a marketing success when she found her niche in residential real estate. Jane worked for more than 15 years in advertising, public relations and event planning, notably with real estate ventures for legendary developer George Mitchell. As a real estate professional, her proven record of hard work, integrity, knowledge, and persistence, coupled with her recognized achievements as a top real estate producer, have placed her in the coveted Martha Turner Properties Circle of Excellence.

Representing both buyers and sellers, Jane’s sales range from $200,000-homes to multi-million-dollar estates. She specializes primarily in Houston’s finest neighborhoods including River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, Museum District, Bellaire, and the Memorial area.

Jane understands that real estate is fast-paced, and she is available for her clients seven days a week. She is hands-on, detail-oriented and personally involved with all aspects of a client’s transaction. When representing a seller, Jane provides meaningful feedback from showing agents and potential buyers. For her buyers, she receives daily computer automated updates of new listings and price reductions in Houston’s premier neighborhoods.

A native Texan, Jane has lived in Houston for more than 35 years. She has resided in West University, Southampton, Tanglewood, and Bunker Hill Village, and currently resides in the Memorial area. When not working, Jane enjoys time with her two daughters, family and friends.
