Houston-area native Stephanie Finch is a highly experienced real estate professional who has worked in three other fast-paced, major real estate markets - and is thrilled to be back in Houston. Prior to joining Martha Turner Properties, Stephanie sold residential and investment properties and was ranked among her firm’s top 50 agents for the South Texas/Louisiana region.

As a Realtor, Stephanie focuses on selling in the Bay Area as well as inside Loop-610. She is very enthusiastic about her career and says, “I like helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s purchasing their very first home, relocating to a different area, or finding the right investment property to diversify their portfolio.” She stresses that “constantly communicating with clients, along with being extremely organized and detail-oriented, are the most important factors in all transactions.”

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Both she and her husband grew up in Friendswood and attended Friendswood High School. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether it be watching a football game or sharing a good meal. Her hobbies include traveling, photography and interior decorating/home staging.
