Ron is excited about the revitalization of Houston’s inner-Loop and has made it his area of expertise. His knowledge encompasses existing single family homes, new construction, townhomes, condominiums, residential high rises, leases, and commercial and residential lots. He cultivates and maintains excellent working relationships with inner-Loop builders and developers and stays abreast of the ever-changing market.

Prior to his career in residential real estate, Ron worked in business development and sales, where his frequent promotions were based on superior customer relations and expertly-honed marketing skills. He learned to respect the customer, and that referrals and return business are vital to a top sales professional. Ron maintains a positive attitude and a level head, necessary attributes in often complicated negotiations and transactions.

Ron is a self-described army brat who was born in North Carolina and attended Texas State University. When not working, he and his wife enjoy outings with their dog.
