Lois Booker relies on her wealth of experience and knowledge in real estate to assist her clients in purchasing or selling a home. Lois has a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and her first career was teaching. She moved into the business world as a trainer for Brown and Root, and was an officer in the American Society for Training and Development. Lois also spent ten years marketing computer network solutions to major corporations. Through the extensive sales training she received from AT&T’s Advanced Information Systems division, Lois developed the excellent listening skills that are such an advantage for her real estate clients.

In purchasing or selling a home, Lois prepares and implements an extensive, innovative and targeted marketing campaign to sell her clients’ homes. She follows up on all appointments and stays in frequent communication with seller and buyer clients. Lois keeps her clients informed of market shifts and tailors computer searches to find buyer clients the perfect home. She pays attention to the details from offer presentation to closing and funding.

Lois holds the Graduate Realtor Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative designations. She has completed the required course of study in staging and preparing homes for sale and is a certified Property Staging Consultant™. Lois knows that in general, a professionally staged home sells faster and closer to list price – a great benefit to her sellers.

Lois has been a resident of Bentwater on Lake Conroe since its initial development and specializes in golf and waterfront properties. She also is knowledgeable about and sells in The Woodlands’ villages. Lois is married to an attorney whose firm specializes in commercial real estate transactions and enjoys spending her free time with her grandchildren who live in The Woodlands.
