“If you love what you do it is not work,” says Sharon Davis. Sharon practices what she preaches and is renowned for working every day and scheduling multiple open houses each Sunday. Originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, Sharon grew up in Houston and developed her love of real estate in the Bayou City. As she was making plans to become a licensed Realtor, fate intervened and she moved to the northeast, living first in Boston, then Long Island and eventually Wellington, Florida.

Sharon’s early business endeavors were quite successful. She sold word processing systems and became one of the company’s top-three national sales persons. Eventually, in 2002, Sharon returned to Houston and became licensed as a Texas Realtor. “No matter where I lived,” says Sharon, “I always wanted to come back home to Houston and work in luxury residential real estate.”

Sharon sells fine properties in the Memorial area, River Oaks, Tanglewood, Oak Estates, Royden Oaks, West University, Southampton, and other inner-Loop neighborhoods. She has strong expertise in new-construction homes and is a real estate and design resource for local home builders. Sharon also has experience in major restorations of vintage homes, particularly in River Oaks.

When not working, Sharon raises champion Russian Arabian horses and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her three children, six grandchildren, and two dogs – a King Charles spaniel and saluki.
