Born in Wharton, Anne attended Dickinson High School and Texas A&M University. She has been an active volunteer with Women of Waterford, which provides assistance to the SPCA and the Women’s Center. A resident of the Bay Area, Anne enjoys spending leisure time boating with TOPPS, Texas Offshore Power Performance Sport – Clear Lake Chapter, and motoring with the Ferrari Club of America – Houston Chapter. She is married and the mother of an adult son.
