A lifelong interest in architecture and design provide an excellent foundation for Philip’s work in residential real estate. Philip personally purchases and renovates older homes, using his vision to restore their beauty and charm, and give them an advantage in today’s market. Purposely not limited to one arena, he also maintains expertise in the city’s burgeoning residential high-rise market and in new-construction homes.

Philip attended Davidson College and received a bachelor of arts in art history from the University of the South. When not working, he is very involved with arts community and is a member of Rice Design Alliance, Houston Museum of Fine Arts, The Menil Collection, and Trees for Houston.
