Michelle Comstock is a veteran of the Houston real estate market. Earning her real estate license in 1998, Michelle became a part of the Martha Turner Properties team in 2005 and quickly achieved a spot in the company’s coveted Circle of Excellence.

A skilled negotiator, Michelle successfully worked in litigation technology sales prior to her career in residential real estate. She credits her strong sales background as a major factor in her accomplishments as a real estate professional. She understands both sides of the sales process and uses this knowledge to effectively advocate for her clients.

Michelle is able to effectively and efficiently act on her clients’ behalf because she listens to her clients and possesses a swift ability to assess and understand their needs. “My clients are making a huge financial and emotional investment and place their trust in me to protect their interests. Success in real estate is more than just being a tough sales person. A real sense of customer service is a must.” For Michelle, being accessible to her clients and quickly returning calls and emails, as well as following through on commitments, are just the basics of customer service.

Well-versed in neighborhoods including Bellaire, River Oaks, Memorial, Spring Branch, Midtown, the Heights, Briargrove Park, Pearland, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Katy and more, Michelle successfully negotiates sales from the $100,000s into the millions. Michelle’s extensive knowledge of Houston and keen eye for quality serve her clients well.

When not working, Michelle’s other passion is cooking. A bit of a “foodie” Michelle enjoys creating gourmet meals, entertaining, and spending time with her growing family. She is an active member and volunteer for Child Advocates, Inc. and currently serves on the Child Advocates Governance Council. Michelle is also a member of Bellaire United Methodist Church and participates in the flower, video, and communications ministries.
