Mike Davis brings 15 years of experience in the real estate industry to his practice of residential real estate with Martha Turner Properties. Mike began his real estate career as an assistant to one of Houston’s recognized top producers. Superb knowledge of the city and excellent communication skills made Mike’s next move to his company’s marketing department a natural transition.

After more than two years as a successful marketing agent, Mike became the on-site agent for a local homebuilder in the Champions area. He graduated to building materials sales for custom and production builders where he learned the basics of the construction business.

Mike’s in-depth understanding of new construction, knowledge of the Houston real estate market and skilled negotiation abilities make him the Realtor of choice for many in The Woodlands area as well as Greater Houston.

A life-long Houston resident, Mike grew up in the Memorial area and attended Memorial High School and the University of Houston. When not working, Mike enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his family. He and his wife are the parents of two sons and reside in The Woodlands.
