Lisa worked in commercial property management for six years in the 1980s prior to making the change to residential real estate sales. Her prior experience gives her a wide knowledge of all aspects of real estate and insight into the importance of property condition in pricing and marketing. Lisa is very conversant with new construction and offers new-home buyers valuable guidance in negotiations with home builders.

A believer in continuing education, Lisa holds the coveted Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist designations. She is very involved in community activities and is an active member of the Bay Oaks Women’s Association and the Clear Brook High School Parent Teacher Association.

Lisa is a graduate of Milby High School. She earned a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake where she graduated magna cum laude. Lisa is married and the mother of two sons, one attending Clear Brook High School and the other Texas Tech University.
