Martha Turner Properties :: Cheryl Ford

Broker Associate Cheryl Ford's motto describes not only what she believes about her profession, but also her work style. She says, "Personal attention, hard work and perseverance are essential qualities for selling real estate today."

Cheryl has successfully applied this credo since 1983, the year she began selling residential real estate. Her market area includes many of Houston's desirable neighborhoods including River Oaks, Rice/Medical Center, Tanglewood, Briargrove, Briarcroft, Memorial, and most notably, Briargrove Park. A 25 year-plus resident of Briargrove Park, Cheryl is able to provide her clients with valuable insight into the neighborhood's many amenities.

Cheryl's consistently high production places her in the top producer echelon and she is a member of the coveted Martha Turner Properties Circle of Excellence. Named one of the "Texas Super Realtors" for 2005, Cheryl's career sales top $100 million. She attributes her phenomenal success to her clients who provide consistent repeat business and are a wonderful source of referrals.

A native Houstonian, Cheryl taught handicapped children for ten years after graduation from the University of Houston. She has served on the board of the March of Dimes, St. Thomas Mothers' Club, and Strake Jesuit Mother's Club. Cheryl is also a member of The Houston Junior Forum who named her Professional Volunteer of the Year.
