Patti Garrison has been honored as a member of the Martha Turner Properties Circle of Excellence every year since 1997. After achieving this award for five consecutive years, she was inducted into the Martha Turner Properties Hall of Fame in 2001. With sales over $30 million, she was 3rd TOP PRODUCER for Martha Turner Properties in 2006. In 2007, Patti’s sales exceeded $36 million, making her the 4th TOP PRODUCER entire company. In 2008 Patti was the 2nd TOP PRODUCER for Martha Turner Properties.

Equally impressive is Patti’s ranking by the Houston Business Journal as one of their “Top 25 Residential Real Estate Agents” based on total sales volume. Patti was listed 13th on the HBJ list in 2002 and 16th in 2004. She was 12th on the list for 2005, 10th in 2006 and 14th in 2007. Patti was again selected as one of the Top 25 Real Estate agents in Houston for 2008.

Patti’s initial foray into real estate was over thirty years ago when she purchased her first home, remodeled the house and sold it. Her background in remodeling and new construction has been invaluable to her clients whether they are choosing a home or deciding what to do to a property before it is put on the market.

Patti’s sales are equally divided between “inside” and “outside” the loop. She sells homes everywhere from Memorial to River Oaks to Galveston and beyond. Being a native Houstonian allows her to move about the city easily and to share her knowledge of Houston with her clients. Garrison regards the sales contract as just the beginning of the process and says, “I love to negotiate the deal. I always try to find a way to get everyone to the closing table so the transaction comes to a successful conclusion. Whether I represent the Buyer or Seller, everyone gets the best part of me that I have to offer. My clients are the most important part of any transaction and I will do whatever it takes to make them happy!”

Patti’s business comes from referrals from friends, previous clients, mail-outs to her areas of expertise and, most gratifyingly, from young friends of her children who are buying their first homes. Patti grew up in the Museum District, West University and Memorial. She graduated from Memorial High School then attended the University of Texas and the University of North Texas. She is married and the mother of two stepdaughters, Claire and Melanie, and two daughters, Tricia and Paige.
