Native Houstonian Cinda Armstrong has specialized in selling Houston’s upscale neighborhoods since she began her career in real estate more than twenty years ago. Cinda offers her clients expertise in both the single-family market and “vertical neighborhoods,” Houston’s luxury high rise residential buildings.

Cinda and business partner /husband, Fred Armstrong, have worked as a top-producing real estate team since 1998 and are members of the Martha Turner Properties Circle of Excellence. Her patience and empathetic nature have garnered her enviable repeat and referral business; in stressful situations, Cinda maintains her calm and fosters a spirit of optimism which transfers to her clients. “It’s fun to find the right house for people. I enjoy making it a good time for all concerned.”

Cinda grew up in Afton Oaks and the Memorial area. She graduated from Lamar High School and the University of Texas at Austin. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston, a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni Association, attends St. Michael’s Catholic Church, and enjoys reading and socializing with friends. Whenever possible, Cinda and Fred spend time with their two grown married daughters and four granddaughters.
