Louise Cody began her career in residential real estate in 1976, and was dubbed one of Martha Turner Properties “rising stars” when she first joined the company 18 years ago.

Consistently high production has placed Louise in the coveted Martha Turner Properties Circle of Excellence. She is a determined sales person and never leaves anything undone. Always challenging herself to succeed, Louise has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Represention (ABR) designation.

Louise has extensive experience marketing resale single family homes, new construction, subdivisions, and townhomes. Her broad knowledge of Houston neighborhoods is a guarantee that her clients are working with the best.

Louise grew up in River Oaks and graduated from Lamar High School. While in high school, Louise’s skill and talent as an artist lead to a scholarship at the Museum of Fine Arts. In addition to her artistic talents, Louise studied French and was awarded a position in the French Honor Society. At Southern Methodist University, Louise studied art and was ranked on the dean’s list. This ability to excel has propelled her career in real estate.
