Pat is an asset to her field. She is very knowledgable, friendly, and easy to get to know. She did an outstanding job of representing us (the buyer) even though she was the seller\'s realtor. She made us feel comfortable using her ourselves so we did not even get anotherrealtor to represent us. We did not incurr any problems and everything happened as planned.
