This class meets the 3 hour TREC contracts requirement for your license renewal.

This class will discuss the history of intermediary and will review portions of the Law of Agency concerning it. Students will learn how to identify the need for intermediary, how to proceed with represented and unrepresented buyers and sellers, how to document the relationship, the difference between intermediary with and without appointments and the behavior prompted by each. There will be quizzes and case studies as time allows to reinforce learning and application of the intermediary rules.
