This course focuses on reducing the risk of complaints or litigation against real estate agents in Texas. Topics include the basics of law, how to exert more control over your transactions, how not to practice law when acting as a real estate agent, and the grounds for suspension or revocation of a real estate license under the Texas Real Estate License Act.
