Contracts 201B- Working them like a Pro

This class is a hands-on workshop and part two of the Contracts 201 course. It centers on the One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale).
Students will work from a case study in phases—completing the offer, presenting the offer, and negotiating the offer to reach the best possible outcome for their client. The contract phases will be studied and completed sequentially, with time to discuss and debrief in between.
Completion of Contracts 201A is helpful but not mandatory.
