Janelle is a true professional business woman (not just Realtor). She was there to work for us, more interested in finding us the right house than just closing a deal. When it did come time to close, she saved us money by doing extra work finding the right comps to establish an aggressive price, then negotiated on our behalf. We wouldn't consider entertaining an alternate business partner for our next sale or purchase.
