Based on prior experience, I would have preferred all documents be presented and signed at one time. With this experience, it seemed to be a constant stream of emails asking to print, sign, scan and return - multiple documents - a major hassle and inconvenience.

I am sorry you feel you had such a bad experience. All of the information you are talking about was with the title company and lender. I had nothing on my end that I needed to complete my file. Once your house is listed, I have no other paper work need for my file. I apologize for your confusion thinking it was my error. I wish you the best of luck.

I am not please with the services I had with this agent. I was transferred to three different people. I had to give my relocation information to her three times and all the information didn't get to the listing agent. I then had to sign all my paperwork with out my agent present. Once I signed the paperwork I had to continue to negotiate on my behalf about a garage; that should've been worked out already. I could go on; but I do not reccommend this agent. Agent's Response
