She hardly ever answered her phone, and when you do call don't expect a return phone call, maybe an e-mail or text message that is very very short. The thing that bugged us most was she put us on the back burner once we got denied on our home (because of her inaccurate info). We got completely put out, in the meantime she sends a short one word text, "sorry." |

I had a wonderful experience buying my new home this month. My realtor was patient and very responsive. Whenever I had a question, there was an immediate response, even it was to confirm that an answer was being sought. I found this communication reassuring and calming. The guidance through the process was invaluable, there is a lot more to real estate transactions than I recall. Margaret is very kind and helpful. At times she needs to try and not be too soft spoken. Important to make sure the customer knows the consequences of certain decisions before they could harm them. But she really went the extra mile for us and stuck with us even though it did not look like it may pan out as a sale.
