We think Jamie is great! However, there was a glitch in the paperwork which cost us over 6K. It really wasn't Jamie's fault, but more attention to detail would have really helped us get thru the process a bit more easily.

Jamie kept us informed with weekly updates of showings and hits on our webpage. She helped us come up with a price that would move the property against competition while still getting us the most we could. We sold the property quicker than others and got the target price we had in mind (selling in 21 days). She is great at what she does! She gives solid industry facts to help in the decision.
