“We truly appreciated Susan s responsiveness. From the time we engaged her we starting getting listings which exactly met our criteria. From there we relied on her expertise to rule out properties in neighborhoods with a history of flooding, etc. She guided us through the entire process, including providing us with recommendations for mortgage and insurance brokers. We ended up selecting a newly constructed property and while that isn t new for us, buying from a small, custom builder was new. Susan researched things about the builder which never would have occurred to us. She also educated us on how 4 properties behind a shared gate can form an HOA of sorts. Finally she helped us negotiate a price that came in beneath the appraised value. This truly was a great experience all around. ”
