Moving is never easy but Mary made our relocation much less stressful. I have used Ms. Anderson twice, once for a purchase and once for a sale. She is very knowlegable on both sides, but her expertise as a sellar was outstanding. On the sale side, she argued with me that my idea of pricing was too low, convinced us to price right, and the house was under contract within a week (2006). Without Ms. Anderson, we would have left significant money on the table. I would not hesitate to use her again, or recommend her to anyone.
