Wow! What an amazing experience! Juli has extensive knowledge of the community and the market, she had the most incredible pictures taken of our home for the online listing, worded the listing in an appealing way, and had an amazing marketing plan in place with print media and open houses planned. Juli did such a fantastic job with the online listing...we had an offer (which we took) within 24 hours of our house going on the market! From listing to closing...so glad we had Juli!!
