In this particular market, when I listed this house January 31, 2010, there was more than a 9 month supply of inventory on the market based on the asorbtion rates with average days on market over 90 days. Within 30 days we had multiple offers and executed one the 39th day. When this market was first developed, I sold new construction. I still enjoy marketing this fine community today.
