Josh was incredibly insightful, both on legal points and the little tidbits that REALLY tell you what it's like to live in an area. He advocated for me and my rights as a prospective tenant, and worked hard on my limited time frame to find me a property that I could call home. I will definitely be referring Josh to anyone who asks for a realtor in Houston.
