I have worked with Mr. Neath on two occasions and both went very smoothly. He has a sound understanding of the transaction process, and a good eye for detail in the products we looked at. He did not hesitate to make himself available to view properties on several occasions, even as he has a number of clients in significantly higher priced housing markets. I would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to a colleague.

If I could give Charlie Neath a "10" in all the categories I would. As a first time buyer, he explained every detail and procedure without making me feel like an idiot.
