We were living out the country at the time of the sale and James Morgan went out of his way to make the sale happen. This included keeping the communication flowing with all the parties (we had a renter and a property manager in the picture as well as the buyers), working with the title company on the issues involved with closing out of country, quick turnaround on requests and questions, and making sure our interests were represented during every step of the process.
