Sonia listened to my housing needs, sent me listings, but also took me to see any listing I requested (even in what turned out to be a less than desirable area off of West Belfort). She stayed with me throughout the entire process and I always felt like her number one priority. THe only one that stack to me and my husband .We had a home that was hard to sell (cause the location )but she never gave up .And she sold it we could not be happyer. I have worked with several realtors(I move a lot)and Sonia is the best by far.I have reccomended her to all my friends that r planing to by homes. She is not just a great realtor ,she is beautiful person . we had home 4 sale and it took forever bur Sonia never gave up and was so patient and always answerd her phone or colled back. The most importatn is that you can always count on her. 5 stars is not enouhh for her raiting

Mrs. Sonia Cousins was a blessing to have sell my home. After dealing with several Realtors in the past, Mrs. Cousins was a breath of fresh air. She did everything she could to sell my home always showing honesty, integrity and going the extra mile to get the job done. We came across many complications in selling 5515 Kiam but Mrs. Cousins always stayed positive and I felt that she always had my best interest in mind. I will refer her to anyone I know that is either buying or selling a home.

Sonia was wonderful. She even followed up with us and asked about our new baby, since I was pregnant during the moving process. It was a nice change from other realtors we dealt with during the move and in the past, as I rarely feel 'valued' as a renter, she made us feel important. My only complaint is that it took a long time before our check was cased for filing fee, but otherwise everything was smooth and easy.

Sonia was the greatest.She held my hand through the the whole ordeal, because that what I needed. I told her what I wanted and she became Wonder Woman for me and completed the the job.If I ever needed the service again(which I never will) she would be my #1 pick. Need more Realtors like her.
