Taz is a wonderful Realtor to work with. She is a smart realtor very knowledgeable about the real estate. I was a first time buyer Taz explained everything patiently in a way I can understand and she helped me in making the right decisions. Most importantly she listened to me understood my requirements and worked with me closely until the closing day. I am glad I had a realtor like Taz who is very sweet and comfortable to work with.

Taz was great. Timing was everything. Good thing you specified: "Your rating should be based solely on services provided by your REALTOR® during this transaction . . . not . . . the mortgage company, title company or other service providers." -- Other than Taz and my mortgage broker, the experience was one out of hell, which I expect is endemic to the current dreadful economic conditions, including the entire move process. Care to help me unpack?
