Cheryl is by far one of the nicest and most detailed Realtors you could hope to work with. After my initial call to her she picked up the ball and ran with it. Never did she have to be reminded to do anything or to follow up on anything, she was always very prepared and ready for the task at hand. Cheryl is one of the most knowledgeable Realtors out there. she is extremely pro-active, as well. She did not sit and wait for something to happen. she continuously did research and came up with things to try to move along the sale. She worked!
