Steven was very professional and nice to work with. The owner offered $2,500 for repairs and I now wonder if he might have advised me to counter with a higher figure rather than just accept that amount. Perhaps, the fact that another buyer was supposedly "waiting" for my option to fall through had something to do with this. That would be my main consideration and in the future
