Charlotte was excellent and very attentive to our needs. She was never pushy or demanding and always willing to discuss all options. SHe kept me very informed of the market and what was selling in our subdivision. I felt she had our best interest at heart and it wasnt about just selling another house. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Charlotte is a wonderful realtor. She has been showing me houses for over a year and we finally decided on the perfect house. She is the reason we have this house now!!! She took her time with us and had to talk the other realtor into taking a chance on us!!! I will ask Charlotte to be my realtor again.......... hopefully not moving anytime soon though!!

This was just the sale of a lot I had owned and had very minimal contact with the realtor, but she did keep in touch and was prompt into all my inquiries....would recommend her to friends in the future.
