Ruth Ann Manison was very helpful during the entire process. She made herself available to us by cell phone 24/7. When the title company gave us a hard time accepting our earnest money, Ruth Ann was quick to transfer all the paperwork to a more competent title company. The entire process took about a month and when we went to closing, it was a smooth process. I would recommend Ruth Ann to my friends and family without hesitation. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.
