Veronica is a great realtor who does her homework, and knows the Houston area well. She takes good care to understand the needs of her clients, and is very honest in her comments. The only negative thing I might mention is that she is often a few minutes late to appointments. But never when it matters (sending offers, closing, etc). Thanks again, Veronica, for a great home buying experience!

Great use of technology. Sometimes got the impression that the house should have sold itself. Wish more aggressive stance would have been taken with regards to showings/open house while house was still furnished and market still somewhat decent. Communication good for the most part, but multiple or multi-part questions were sometimes only partly answered.

Veronica is one of the most professional and "plugged-in" Realtors I've worked with. I am a web developer and it was nice to see how effectively and efficiently she uses the internet. When looking for a home in Katy, I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was on all the little things about a property. When I leased my home she took away all the worries I had about becoming a landlord. I would, without hesitation, recommend Veronica to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Katy area.
