The staff of Susan Vaughan Realty could not have been more professional or more helpful. I was buying the property from out of state, and they were outstanding in keeping in touch with me. They responded to all my questions quickly and completely, and worked with me to keep the purchase moving along smoothly. When I had complications on my end that briefly delayed the closing, they dealt with this problem quickly. I would highly recommend this agency to a friend; I have in face already done so. |

I felt the experience was average. Agent's Response
I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Simpson and we were working long distance. I tried to make the transaction as seemless as possible for his corporation, Union Pacific. The seller cooperated fully with Union Pacific's timeline, choice of title company, closing schedule, etc. The seller did not have fax or email so it did take a little longer to obtain signatures. I am sorry that Mr. Simpson felt his experience was average.

This was a difficult situation with the probate of an estate and settlement with heirs which caused much delay in closing. However, we were able to preserve the sale with the buyer. The communication was difficult with multiple attorneys involved.
