I was contacted 20 minutes before closing of the amount I would need to bring to closing. The amount was $1,500 more than I was originally told. While everyone kept explaining to me how the amount equal to the amount, my complaint was that the amount should have (and I was under the assumption that) been added into the closing amount BEFORE the day of much less 20 mins before my closing. I was very frustrated and will never use the realtor nor the lender in the future.

Agent's Response
The appraisel was shown as paid on the G.F.$425.00 she did not pay for it so it was on the HUD. I told her about the Ins premeium on the G.F. She wanted to use hers it was $250.00 more. There was an admin fee $325.00 that she signed for before closing.That fee could not be on the G.F. & was on the HUD. The difference was ($468.00)& was from the taxes.On the good faith they used 3 mo to set up escrow and on the HUD they collected 10 mo.
