Steve Louis is to be highly commended! He needs more stars than are available in this survey. The whole process from start to finish has been smooth and professional. At any given time, we felt we had the personal attention and communication needed from him. The sale of this house was a difficult process for me. His expertise and wisdom in his work greatly reduced the difficulties...greatly! His patience and competence "saved the day".

This is the most expensive service I have ever paid for in the marketplace. I paid $12,000. My agent had to show the house for him then the other non-board member agent expected his $6,000 for doing nothing. The commission structure of the Board of Realtors is due for an overhaul. My agent did a good job, but I paid thru the nose. $12,000 for a marketing effort that lasted 4 days. I will use something like Help u sell next time.
