Sandara and team are true real estate professionals that are on top of their game. What differentiated Sandra was her marketing, networking, and her team. This is evident in that we bought a new house and sold our old house through her in less than two months. When we were buying the new house, Sandra stepped in and revived the deal when the negotiation appeared to reach an impasse. Our old house was listed in the market for two weeks and sold for list price--in a recession economy.

The only comment I would have is that when I signed on with the agency, Sandra said that she intended to work with me personally with Amanda serving as the initial contact. Instead, Amanda was my agent throughout the listing and sale. Amanda did a great job but I was surprised not to hear from Sandra at all.
