We were disappointed in follow up and attn during negotiations. Strong and detailed pitch to get listing, but felt we would get much more personal attn for $50K in commissions. Disappointed we were asked to allow him to represent a potential buyer and he would get us a new realtor. Have bought/sold 7 homes and this was least attn and follow up in any transaction. This is now the 3rd time this year that Hedley and his assistant Norbert have represented me. He is the consummate professional. In each case I got the best representation. I got full asking price due to Hedley's exceptional negotiating style.
He is also a resource for anything. We will be selling yet another home for us. I did not know him before this year. He is by far the most highly rated realtor I could recommend.
He absolutely knows what he is doing and does it with integrity.

Hedley learned all of the details about our home that made it special and was able to communicate those things well to buyers so that we obtained a good price for our home in a rather short period given the market.
