I did feel bad because he worked very hard for us and when we finally had the sale the day before the we were to sign the buyer brought in their daughter (not a board realtor) and Mel had to share his commission with her. Mel is a very qualified real estate agent. Being an engineer he understands and can explain convincingly his clients differnt building codes involved. He has a very cordial and welcoming staff who are accomodative. He has been in the community for quite some time and understands the local market very well. Most important thing is he is realistic with respect to the present housing market and does not give any false hope to his client. It was nice to work with him.

I was very pleased with Mel. I did feel bad because he worked very hard for us and when we finally had the sale the day before the we were to sign the buyer brought in their daughter (not a board realtor) and Mel had to share his commission with her. Mel did ask them if they had a realtor in advance and they said no. I felt that was underhanded, but Mel did not complain. He knew we wanted to sell the land.
