Kathy did a excellent job selling our house. She knows the market (Bellaire) better than other realtor or appraiser and set the asking price appropriately and sold the house at a fair price in just 7 days. We used Kathy to purchase this home 12 years ago and if we ever move back to Houston will definitely use Kathy again.
