Although we were ultimately able to get a completed lease contract agreement signed, they do not communicate regularly, in fact, if we had not called most times, there would not have been any communication at all. As far as being our realtor for the new purchase, I believe it was strictly greed that carried the relationhip. Would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. Big is not always better. |

Can't argue with success but the lack of any personal contact was odd. I never saw or heard from the person who listed the property and I only met the person negotiating my sale at the closing. Very impersonal way to do business. I am reomnneding to neighbors to use Flory to sell their home because they are successful but based on what I saw I would never recommend using them to find and buy a home. Amazing the success of a people business when no attempt was made to develop a relationship. |

In the 1 yr under contract with Flory, I spoke only 3 times directly with him-the 1st was 2 months into my contact. The agent assigned to me did not communicate with me in a timely manner. I mostly iniated contact with both the assigned agent and David. When few showings & no offers,I reduced the price several times. Better information concerning my home's market value should have been given. I was under contract for 1 year and not given an option to list my house for a shorter time. |

The whole Flory experience was terrible. Never did a Flory realtor visit my property once a contract was signed. Phone calls were a minimum and no recommendations were made regarding a selling price. After being on the market for five months my relo rep said he had gotten a report regarding recent sales. I told Flory to lower the price. Flory never mentioned it. With the right representation I could have sold my house much sooner and saved myself from making two mortagage payments. |
